I visited the salon yesterday and I’m sharing this with the genuine hope that it leads to improvement. Unfortunately, I’ve noticed a pattern with the female staff during my visits. My first experience was with Shilpa, and now again with Shruti — both times the threading was rushed and done carelessly. Even after requesting them to slow down, they continued in a hurry as if the focus was just to finish quickly, not to provide quality service. In contrast, the male hairdressers at the salon are excellent — always polite, professional, and attentive. There's a visible difference in the way they approach their work compared to the female staff. As a paying customer, this inconsistency is disappointing. People come not just for the service, but for a relaxing experience — and that shouldn’t be compromised. I sincerely urge the management to address this issue seriously, and guide the female staff to work with more attention and care. Speed should not come at the cost of quality. Please treat this as constructive feedback from someone who expects better from a reputed salon like Envi.
