This is a chain I am member from 10+ years and it has never disappointed me . The services are always at par and staff comprises of experts in the field . I have taken services in Pune , Hyderabad and Mumbai and all the salons were very well managed . Special mention of the current Gachibowli salon, where the staff was treated customers with real warmth , be it the hairdresser , manicure or facial service expert or the receptionist.
