Good experience good ambiance very good staff

Yesterday a friend of mine and I visited Envi Salon for the first time. The service was good and the staff is really nice and courteous. I got a manicure and pedicure by Azeem and Rohit. The only critique I have is that the head of the salon really pressured to take the most expensive option without properly explaining the other packages. Also I wished they would have been more transparent with the pricing. It was my first time in a saloon in India and it’s my fault that I just assumed the 2500 rupies is the price for the manicure in total whereas it was per hand and per feet so I got a bill over 100€. I’m happy with their work but the price is definitely not student friendly.

Today, Saleem did my haircut — he is very skilled and did exactly what I wanted, keeping my face shape in mind. The ambiance was also nice, and everyone was professional. Bhavna ji was also very friendly and took great care of me. What I really liked is that they didn’t force any product or treatment on me like many other places do. I would definitely love to visit again next time.

Very nice experience with the salon.Bhavna the business head gave a very warm welcome. Ali did hair spa and haircut, he is thorough professional, with good knowledge and vast experience. Samreen is also good in her beauty treatments. Loved finding this place. Will surely revisit.

Rafiq and Sartaj did a great job with our hair! We really loved our hair wash and blow dry!

Sweet folks but service was less than impressive for the price. Despite telling the stylist multiple times to be gentle due to a sensitive scalp he was constantly rough and yanking on my hair. No layering in the front despite having told him I wanted that. Eventually I was just in a rush to leave to save my scalp.

Fabulous service as usual! Everytime I visit Envi, the staff and service experience is overwhelming. Keep it going!
