The service was done perfectly by Khushi, she was pleasant, kept checking on me being comfortable from time to time during the service, thanks to her. However, my experience with Envi has been quite offensive with respect to the book taken by the people in-charge. They taking booking assuring to provide the service by the person of my choice, but on arrival say the person is busy with some other client. O always make sure I reach ahead of time to avoid any inconvenience but this is a repeated issue whether its hair service, pedicure/manicure or any personal care. Last time I remember Anita doing my manicure and being called half-way for another client, ridiculous. Expecting this to be taken care, else Kokapet is a parlour hub these days!

Anaas and anjum have given the best services more focus gentle and customer care

Shan did great service and he did haircut nicely. Afsrkhan did pedicure very gently.

I have been visiting this branch for more than a year and the services are generally good. However, even if you book an appointment well in advance, you might still be informed on the spot that the slots are not available, which defies the whole point of pre-booking. This is clearly mismanagement and is not acceptable.
