Except for this kind and helpful girl Hetvi the staff at the reception is pathetic - I want to give 5 stars because seriously the salon will run only coz of the hair technicians like Hetvi who are doing a good job! But I had an issue with the reception counter. Even after I do not have an appointment or haven’t fixed an appointment with them I keep getting these reminders of how I have fixed an appointment and then later cancelled it - I got my hair treatment done on 15th may yet I keep getting these messages. If their bills are settled but they have not asked you the OTP - they will call you at 10 in the night to ask for one coz they want to close their accounts for the say I mean seriously!!!! Even after repeatedly asking or requesting them they still come back and message you so their this team is UNPROFESSIONAL - and again Hetvi did a good job but upset with the staff so just three stars!!!! PLEASE BE PROFESSIONAL AND LEARN YOUR WORK!!!!!!
