1. Liked the ambience and the customer assistance offered
Cons
1. The head massage/mask application could have lasted longer. I felt a bit of a rush during the service
2. If I compare with other salons I have experienced, I would say it wasn't worth the amount I paid

I had a decent experience for my daughter's haircut with hair stylist Akhtar. He patiently heard our requirement, shared his inputs which was'nt in favour of our choosen hairstyle yet replicated my haircut style as per my need which I appreciate. He was courteous and careful in service. Thankful with no regrets whatsoever.

I recently got a global hair color, highlights and haircut from Akthar. He did a great job explaining what color will suit my hair while carefully listening and incorporating my likes and dislikes. He also provided suggestions on how to use hair products to retain the color for longer duration.
He also gave my 6yo a haircut and she was super happy with the new look.
