I have been a customer at Envi for years now and a big reason I keep coming back is because of the business head Bhavna. She truly goes out of her way to make every client feel welcome and heard. She personally listens to what you want, understands your needs and ensures you’re guided to the right solution. And the team does the fab job in everything. What really stands out is her attitude, you’ll almost never hear a no from her, even for last-minute appointments. She’s approachable, supportive and always ready to help, sometimes even on her days off, which is honestly commendable. Her hard work, people skills and ability to manage the team smoothly brings a very personal touch to the salon. Bhavna’s warm nature is what makes Envi Chembur less like a salon and more like a place you trust and feel comfortable coming back to. Special mention to my hairstylist Sartaj, beauticians Rohini & Yasmeen and nail artist Azeem for the consistent amazing work they do..truly talented and always on point. 🙃 #customerforlife

Have been taking service with Envi since 2018 but ONLY becos of Bhavna. The way she handles my appointments, convincing me to take up services which i have always hesitated and cherry on the cake is how she does my eyebrows!! The best shape my eyebrows got only with her not Even Dubai/Singapore was able to give that to me.
