Envi Salon And Spa, Chikoowadi, Borivali West, mumbai

Good service by Pooja and Adil, and Sanjana is a wonderful manager. I genuinely feel other branches could learn from her. However, both Auris and Inorbit branches informed me that my membership expires in October, whereas I’ve now learned it was renewed in February without informing me. I’ve also lost my complimentary services and was charged for a hair wash and manicure at Auris, Malad. I kindly request you to look into this on priority and resolve the issue regarding my membership and charges. I hope for a fair resolution at the earliest. Thank you.

Suraj and Dipen did a very good job with the blowout. The service was upto the mark.
