Envi Salon And Spa, Powai, mumbai

Nawab did a great job with my hair cut.

Loved my cat eye nails! Noor did an excellent job. Beautiful finish and great service. Highly recommended!

Absolutely delighted with experience This was my first time at Envi and read mixed reviews so I was very skeptical whether to go or not but Faisal made sure that every detail will be considered. He did a pretty good job. Staff is very polite and customer oriented. And most important thing is they do care about the voiceless beings. I saw a stray dog who was sheltered at the door step. I was very happy to see that.

Ajay was very professional with his work

> Services are good and decent, staff is very friendly and helpful. I have been a loyal customer and have always appreciated the quality here. > However, I am extremely disappointed with the recent price hike. Even as a member, the rates have not increased by a nominal 5-10% which is understandable, but by a massive 40-47% within just 6 months. A service I was regularly doing for Rs. 1200 is now being charged Rs. 1800-1900 plus > A 40-50% hike in just 6 months is not normal inflation, it is exorbitant. In India, even the annual inflation is around 5-6%, so a 47% increase in half a year is very hard to justify for sane products and saner service , This feels unfair to loyal, long-term customers. > There should be some solution for old members. The management should introduce some kind of loyalty packages or price protection where old members are protected from such steep hikes. Otherwise, because of pricing, loyal customers who have been coming as routine ,will be forced to get diverted to other salons. > I sincerely hope the management looks into this and reconsiders the pricing strategy for its regular members.
