I have been a regular customer but have noticed a steady increase in their rates.I have a simple ask. Shortening my hair.Thevrates have increased from 800 to 1200 to 1700..when asked I am told the person cutting my hair is an expert..the same man cuts the hair each time.An unnecessarily long hair wash was given which I didn't ask for.I intend to switch back to Lakme who inform you of rates before hand.Very dissappinting
