Good experience! The points that made my visit worth a mention were : 1. Envi always accomodates my appointment. Even if it’s last minute. 2. The technician who I see for appointments, Arti waited for me for almost an hour after her usual shift was done. Meanwhile while she waited, I didn’t get any calls from Envi, to confirm my appointment, which is really commendable, otherwise other salons constantly call to confirm appointments. Arti is very good. She is very hygienic and understands what I need. I generally come after work and yet the service feels very relaxing. 3. I am mostly late for my appointments, owing to the unpredictability of my work, but Envi always accommodates me somehow. Infact at my last visit, I asked for an additional service while I was in the salon (which would take an hour), and they happily accommodated me, even though it was the weekend. Pearl, my technician then, continued my service till 9.30 PM, but made sure her work was good and did not hurry up just to complete the service. 4. Overall, a good experience with regards to staff behaviour.

Disappointing experience. I had specifically booked an appointment with a particular hair stylist by name, but my hair was cut by someone else. This was neither informed nor discussed beforehand. From a reputed brand like Envi, this is not acceptable. When customers book a stylist by name, that commitment should be honoured or at least communicated in advance. Transparency and respect for customer choice are essential in a professional salon.
