I visited this salon for the first time after a really long gap, and the experience was truly wonderful. I went for a global hair color, and Gopal helped me choose a shade that suited me perfectly. He was extremely polite, patient, and answered all my questions in detail, which made me feel very comfortable and confident about the process. The whole experience felt so relaxing and pampering. I walked out feeling refreshed and happy with my new look. Highly recommend!

I did Kerastase ritual from Faiz. He explained the procedure in detail. What is to be done and why. It gave a clear idea as to why that particular ritual was being done. He is very knowledgeable, knows his job well. The massage in particular was amazing. Right pressure and done very professionally. After being to so many salons, have found the perfect person to get my weekly/biweekly hairwash done. The massage while doing hairwash is something I look forward to. Thanks Faiz! Keep up the good work. The Pedicurist Saurabh is fab! Very elegant in his work. Sincere, perfect in his work. The best pedicurist I have come across so far. Also shoutout to the manager Karishma- polite, knows her job well and on her toes. The salon is nice too, clean, hygienic and well maintained. Thank you!
