His communication was excellent throughout the entire process — he explained every step clearly and made me feel very comfortable. He also gave detailed information about all the products being used and patiently answered all my questions. After the treatment, he guided me properly on the aftercare and precautions to maintain the results. I did Kerastase ritual from Faiz. He explained the procedure in detail. What is to be done and why. It gave a clear idea as to why that particular ritual was being done. He is very knowledgeable, knows his job well. The massage in particular was amazing. Right pressure and done very professionally. After being to so many salons, have found the perfect person to get my weekly/biweekly hairwash done. The massage while doing hairwash is something I look forward to. Thanks Faiz! Keep up the good work. The Pedicurist Saurabh is fab! Very elegant in his work. Sincere, perfect in his work. The best pedicurist I have come across so far.
