Visited Envy Salon lakeshore Thane recently.. Service was good but the real “highlight” was the reception.. “KASHISH” at the counter clearly treats customers like an inconvenience.. very rude, unprofessional, and full of negative attitude.. Not sure if she works there or owns the place.. Thankfully Jyoti was sweet, polite and actually made the experience a bit better.. Good service but the vibe at reception? Definitely not it..

Vandana - we are super happy with hair treatment done by Vandana ,initially we were not going ahead with treatment when we consulted other specialist, consultation from Vandana was so convincing and went ahead with hair cut and bands….soon will be back for further consultations.thanks Vandana

Kashish is very sincere in her work and handles everything with patience. Anita gave an excellent foot massage. Swati’s hand for threading is very gentle.
